Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to Maestrly, operated by Antonio Duarte (Brazil). Orders and payments are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record.
1. Try before you pay
Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial, with no payment required to begin. You can evaluate Maestrly fully and cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
2. 14-day refund window
If you are charged for a subscription, you may request a refund within 14 days of the charge. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. This is in addition to any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country.
3. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. We recommend cancelling before a renewal date if you no longer wish to be charged. If a renewal charge occurs unexpectedly, contact us within 14 days and we’ll work with you in good faith.
4. How to request a refund
Email hello@maestrly.com with the email address on your account and your order/receipt reference. Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, you may also use the Paddle receipt link or contact Paddle support directly; refunds are processed through Paddle.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from the customer portal (the link is in your Paddle receipt email) or by contacting us. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of the current paid period.
